     The required documents for I 20 are given below:

  • Passport
  • A completed Application Form
  • Application Fee: Depending upon the university, the application fee varies – for instance, USD 20 to USD 150. You can also request for the application fee waiver.
  • Official Academic Transcript: You are required to provide the official mark sheet/ transcript of your previous educational qualification.
  • Certificate of English Proficiency Test: TOEFL/ IELTS/ PTE/DUOLINGO and GRE/GMAT/SAT
  • Statement of Purpose: A write-up introducing yourself, your interests, achievements, related experience, future- plans etc. This document should overall include the reason you’ve selected the particular university and the course.

  • Schedule for visa interview by logging in CGI portal
  • Pay SEVIS fee to confirm your booked date (Make payment of SEVIS fee at least 1 week before the interview)
